  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast. In another large bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil. Stir the flour/yeast mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until just moistened add the ingredients.
  2. Let the dough rest for 50 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Let the bread cool down on a wirerack before cutting.
Recipe Notes

This bread will have a very soft consistency. When cutting the bread, use a sharp bread knife and cut pieces about 1.5/2 cm thick.
