Ingredients

Strong wholemeal bread flour
(or wholemeal spelt flour)

Butter

Dried yeast
(7gr or 1 sachet)

Tepid water

Treacle
(brown)
Instructions
Mix flour and salt together. Rub in butter. Mix in yeast. Add treacle and stir in with water.
Knead for 5 minutes on a high setting in the electric mixer
Prove in warm place for 70 minutes
Fill dough in a loaf form and bake at 200C for 40 minutes until it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom
