In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast. In another large bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil. Stir the flour/yeast mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until just moistened add the ingredients.
Let the dough rest for 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Let the bread cool down on a wirerack before cutting.
This bread will have a very soft consistency. When cutting the bread, use a sharp bread knife and cut pieces about 1.5/2 cm thick.
