Low-Carb Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gr Almond flour
  • 2 tsp Dried yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 20 gr Psyllium husk
  • 4 Eggs (medium size)
  • 50 gr Coconut oil
  • 125 ml Tepid water

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt psyllium husk and water a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until yeast is activated.
  2. Add all other ingredient and mix again.
  3. Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 180C.
  5. Fill the dough into a greased loaf tin (or silicon loaf tin) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked thoroughly inside.
  6. Let the loaf cool down before cutting.
