Low-Carb Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 200 gr Almond flour
  • 2 tsp Dried yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 20 gr Psyllium husk
  • 4 Eggs (medium size)
  • 50 gr Coconut oil
  • 125 ml Tepid water

Instructions

  • Mix flour, yeast, salt psyllium husk and water a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until yeast is activated.
  • Add all other ingredient and mix again.
  • Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Fill the dough into a greased loaf tin (or silicon loaf tin) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked thoroughly inside.
  • Let the loaf cool down before cutting.
