Ingredients
- 200 gr Almond flour
- 2 tsp Dried yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 20 gr Psyllium husk
- 4 Eggs (medium size)
- 50 gr Coconut oil
- 125 ml Tepid water

Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, salt psyllium husk and water a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until yeast is activated.
- Add all other ingredient and mix again.
- Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Fill the dough into a greased loaf tin (or silicon loaf tin) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked thoroughly inside.
- Let the loaf cool down before cutting.
