                - 140 gr Sugar
- 280 gr Self-raising flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 225 ml Milk
- 75 ml Vegetable oil

    Instructions
    
                - Grease loaf pan and preheat oven to 180C.
- Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Beat eggs, milk and oil.
- Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist.
- Pour batter into pan an inch below to compensate for rise. Optional: sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake 40 minutes.
