Ingredients
- 500 gr Strong wholemeal bread flour (or wholemeal spelt flour)
- 25 gr Butter
- 2 tsp Dried yeast (7gr or 1 sachet)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 300 ml Tepid water
- 2 tbsp Treacle (brown)

Instructions
- Mix flour and salt together. Rub in butter. Mix in yeast. Add treacle and stir in with water.
- Knead for 5 minutes on a high setting in the electric mixer
- Prove in warm place for 70 minutes
- Fill dough in a loaf form and bake at 200C for 40 minutes until it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom
