Ingredients

  • 250 gr Strong white bread flour
  • 250 gr Strong wholemeal bread flour
  • 285 ml Tepid water
  • 21 g Softened butter
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 sachet Dried yeast

Instructions

  • Put the flours, salt, and yeast into a bowl.
  • Mix to a soft dough and all other incredients.
  • Mix in the electric mixer on a low setting for 6 minutes.
  • Let the dough rest in a warm warm place for 50 minutes to rise.
  • Preheat the oven to 190C
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
