Quick & Easy cheesy bread

Ingredients

  • 245 gr Strong white bread flour
  • 50 gr Sugar or Honey
  • 2 tsp Dried yeast
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 115 gr Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 170 ml Milk
  • 75 ml Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast. In another large bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil. Stir the flour/yeast mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until just moistened add the ingredients.
  • Let the dough rest for 50 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200C.
  • Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Let the bread cool down on a wirerack before cutting.

Notes

This bread will have a very soft consistency. When cutting the bread, use a sharp bread knife and cut pieces about 1.5/2 cm thick.
