- 250 gr Strong white bread flour
- 250 gr Strong wholemeal bread flour
- 285 ml Tepid water
- 21 g Softened butter
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 sachet Dried yeast
Put the flours, salt, and yeast into a bowl.
Mix to a soft dough and all other incredients.
Mix in the electric mixer on a low setting for 6 minutes.
Let the dough rest in a warm warm place for 50 minutes to rise.
Preheat the oven to 190C
Bake for 35 minutes.
