Ingredients
- 250 gr Strong white bread flour
- 250 gr Strong wholemeal bread flour
- 285 ml Tepid water
- 21 g Softened butter
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 sachet Dried yeast

Instructions
- Put the flours, salt, and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough and all other incredients.
- Mix in the electric mixer on a low setting for 6 minutes.
- Let the dough rest in a warm warm place for 50 minutes to rise.
- Preheat the oven to 190C
- Bake for 35 minutes.
