- 245 gr Strong white bread flour
- 50 gr Sugar or Honey
- 2 tsp Dried yeast
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 115 gr Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 170 ml Milk
- 75 ml Vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast. In another large bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil. Stir the flour/yeast mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until just moistened add the ingredients.
- Let the dough rest for 50 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and bake for 35 minutes.
- Let the bread cool down on a wirerack before cutting.
Recipe Notes
This bread will have a very soft consistency. When cutting the bread, use a sharp bread knife and cut pieces about 1.5/2 cm thick.
